My event is coming up soon and i've only just found you.....is it too late to book with short notice?
We will try our absolute best to accommodate, even with short notice. Get in touch through our contact page and let's make it happen
I'd like to have a go, but would only need it for an hour or two....is this possible?
We can arrange short bookings by special arrangement, However if you live local to Norfolk, Or are willing to make the journey. Pop into one of our open/pitched games!, If not Get in contact with us outlining your requirements and we will do our best to make it happen
I live miles away. Can you travel to me?
Yes we operate mostly in a 20 mile radius of our HQ in Norwich & Dereham but the beauty of Van Escape is mobility. We are happy to operate outside of this radius but please contact us so we can assess your needs and quote accordingly.
How long does VanEscape take to set up?
We would usually aim to arrive 30 minutes before an event to ensure everything is ready to go, however with longer distances/events, we may be there earlier in order to ensure the room is exactly how we want it.
What area would be needed?
You need enough space to park a 3.5 tonne Luton Van. A normal driveway has enough space.

We can operate on any surface as long as clean, dry and level.
Can the times be extended from 30 minutes to an hour?
Unfortunately our games are designed to be this length so that more of your guests can enjoy the experience.
How long are you on site? How many teams would be able to have a go?
It depends on how long you would like us to be with you!! Have a look at our events pricing. We aim to operate 2 games per hour however this can vary.
